MD's Message

In 2004 when BITEC was founded by Late Mr. Mohd. Afzal Belrafia and me, we felt limit- less enthusiasm for the possibilities in Road Transportation and Logistics in the Middle East. With our company completing two decades in service, it has only reinforced our belief further about the umpteen possibili- ties in this region. With UAE being ghosen as proud winners for show- casing the EXPO 2020. Freight LLC, is all set to take a big leap with facility expansions envis- aged at venture into newer territories and prepare for greater challenges.

With continuous commitment & support from our stakeholders. BITEC has set targets to carve a niche for itself in the Express Logistics industry: a step in the right direction was the signing of an MOU with Etihad Rail which paves the way for the transport of containers and other cargo thoughout the UAE and GCC countries, via Etihad Rail's connection to the wider GCC railway network.

With a creative and enterprising manage- ment team, BITEC attributes its success to proactively manage change whilst upholding the values of integrity, service and social responsibility in providing world-class com- prehensive JIT supply chain logistics services and sustainable growth to all stake- holders throughout GCC region based on our motto "Always There".

In our journey towards logistics excellence, we target to add feathers to our existing Quality Management Systems (QMS) by upgrading it to Quality, Health, Safety & Envi- ronment Management Systems (QHSE) and look forward to receiving everyone's contin- ued support and patronage to achieve set goals and make this journey a memorable one!
